Throughout these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Nirvanae” refer to the platform and services provided by Nirvanae, and “you” means the user.

By accessing or using Nirvanae, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the app and related services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3. Our Services

Nirvanae provides:

AI-assisted matchmaking and compatibility insights through Marc AI
In-app community interactions, creative challenges, and social engagement tools
Tiered membership plans with access to premium features
Optional virtual currency use and community support mechanisms

Use of specific features (such as virtual credits) is subject to the sections below.

4. Virtual Credits (“Coins”)

The Service may allow users to purchase virtual, in-app credits called Coins. Coins:

Are virtual items with no real-world monetary value
Are not representative of cash or financial value
Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money
May only be used within the Service for designated features such as boosts, stars, emotes, or connection requests

Coins do not constitute stored value, financial instruments, or digital wallets. Coins remain the property of Nirvanae and are provided under a limited, revocable license.

5. Community Engagement Metric (“Gems”)

Nirvanae may award users with an internal engagement metric called Gems to reflect community support received through in-app interactions such as stars, emotes, or other features.

Gems:

Are awarded solely as an internal metric
Have no monetary or cash value
Are not purchasable
Are not transferable between users

Gems serve as an internal performance measure and may contribute to eligibility for certain platform participation programs as outlined below.

6. Creator Rewards Program

The Service may offer an optional Creator Rewards Program that enables eligible users to receive periodic platform rewards based on overall engagement, participation, and compliance with community guidelines.

Participation in this program:

Is subject to eligibility criteria
Is not guaranteed for all users
Does not create a right to compensation or income
Is administered outside the core virtual currency system

Rewards under this program are discretionary and governed by separate program terms, which may change at any time. Nothing in these Terms guarantees earnings, payout, or financial return. Any reward allocation is independent of in-app currency balances.

7. Community Interactions & Limitations

Your use of community features such as stars, emotes, boosts, and connections must comply with the platform's Community Guidelines and child safety standards. Abuse, manipulation, artificial account creation, or unauthorized automation are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

No purchase is required to participate in any community challenge or engagement activity.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Nirvanae offers subscription plans for enhanced access to features and periodic allocation of Coins. By subscribing, you authorize Nirvanae to charge recurring payments through your chosen payment provider. Subscriptions:

Automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
May include periodic Credits (Coins)
May vary in features and allotments according to plan

Coins provided through subscription remain in-app credits and have no cash value.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including Marc AI's outputs, reflections, and match summaries, are proprietary to Nirvanae. Users may not copy, resell, or distribute content without written permission.

10. Safety, Moderation, and Account Compliance

You agree to use Nirvanae respectfully and lawfully. Nirvanae may suspend or remove accounts that violate community standards, Terms, or applicable laws.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
